You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and sent back with all packaging included. We never charge restocking fees.

To start a return, contact us at info@casavistadecor.com with your order number, and our team will guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package reaches us safely.

If you would like to exchange an item, let us know when you contact us and we will help you choose the right alternative for your home.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to finalize the transaction.
